This one came in looking like it had earned its keep. Once it was apart, the real work started. Everything gets broken down, cleaned up, the control surfaces get polished, and all those little internal pieces get laid out where you can actually see what you’re working with. That middle part of a rebuild is where the job really happens.
Then it all starts going back together. By the time it’s finished, painted and sitting on the bench, you’d never know what it looked like when it showed up.
I’ve always liked jobs like this because the before and after pictures only tell half the story. The real work is in the middle.
Anybody else like seeing the teardown pictures more than the finished product?
